At the moment, we only offer shipping to New Zealand, but we are working on expanding to more countries.
We are happy to inform you that we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the amount. Whether you order a single item or multiple items, you won’t pay any shipping fees.

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items soon!
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which you can find in the footer of our website. If you would like to request a return, you can simply send us an email. Our team is ready to assist you and guide you through the return process.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.
