Information About Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

  • you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order delivered together;

  • you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods in one order delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. You can do this via email: Support@veloura-newzealand.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • received proof that you have sent back the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 30-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for goods that are custom-made or personalized;

  • for goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life;

  • for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract but delivery can occur no earlier than 30 days after purchase, and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for newspapers, magazines, or journals, except subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery;

  • for goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;

  • for audio or video recordings or software in sealed packaging, if the seal is broken after delivery.
