What is the delivery time?

The delivery process consists of two phases:

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days after being placed. After this, the package is prepared for transport.

  2. Shipping Time
    New Zealand: 5–10 business days
    Shipments are handled by DHL.
    Delivery times do not include possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the package.

Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

My tracking number isn’t working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still shows no updates after a few days, please contact our customer service.
